		<description>Thanks for your comment, I was intending this to be aimed at users with small email lists of dedicated customers/clients who will want to know about promotions etc. I don&#039;t find the mailchimp subject line open rate examples very helpful as they compare top open rates for more informational based emails with low open rates where the examples are more e-commerce based, that&#039;s not really a like for like example.

I have changed my own subject line example to something more appropriate (and taken from a real client newsletter who has a good open rate!).

Have you got an example of a great promotional newsletter subject line for a small service based business? :-)</description>
